The Leading Transformation category award celebrates emerchantpay’s dedication and hard work in developing programmes that promote an even more engaging and safer work environment since the beginning of 2020. More than 950 nominations from organisations of all sizes in 26 nations were submitted to the Stevie® Awards this year. Judges applauded the agility of our approach, noting that: “emerchantpay has transformed itself to meet the challenges of the pandemic and beyond with credible results, while the achievements you have realised for a cultural shift in your organisation.”
