This is the first year emerchantpay has been recognised among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ and we couldn’t be happier to be included in the following four categories:

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, with a mission to build a better world by helping organisations become a great place to work for all. Every year, Great Place to Work® analyses over a hundred employee survey responses in addition to Culture Audit submissions from company leaders to identify top workplaces.

As part of this, Great Place to Work® anonymously surveyed employees from our UK office to evaluate their experiences across multiple categories, including culture, trust, innovation and leadership effectiveness, among other factors. Furthermore, these awards are a testament to emerchantpay being a great place to work and our commitment to foster a workplace where passion meets payments.

The Best Workplace™ list recognises the overall top-ranking organisations that are dedicated to equity and have a firm focus on empowering their employees to feel and be their best at work.

An independent survey conducted by Great Place to Work® found that 97% of emerchantpay employees said it’s a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK-based company.
