Steve Jobs said that ‘great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people’ and we couldn’t agree more. Excellence is a core value for emerchantpay and we’re proud to share it with more than 400+ employees across our 18 regional and representative offices. We have nailed the art of making our team feel valued and energised to go the extra mile; we’re committed to delivering products and services that push the payments industry forward, inspiring our people to reach new levels of career and personal development.

Buckle up as we take you on a ride on who we are, what we do and why our people are our most important asset.

One team, endless possibilities

Our emerchantpay team is a melting pot of more than 350 specialists with diverse experience, all united and set to lead the charge in the global payments ecosystem, and where our office in Sofia, Bulgaria, plays an important role. The Bulgarian office was one of the first offices to open beside our UK office and has grown a great deal throughout the years. The office, as well as all our other ones around the world, is representative of the emerchantpay ‘gold standard’ consisting of innovation, big ideas and a sense of togetherness.

For this reason, we're excited to be supporting the ‘Bulgaria wants you’ initiative. The campaign is promoted by the DNA association and celebrates the success stories of bright and skilled Bulgarians who have returned to their homeland after living abroad and are applying their global expertise as part of local companies. Our feature in the ‘Bulgaria wants you’ campaign will give you an insider’s look at what life at emerchantpay looks like (hint: it’s pretty awesome).

As Vania Koleva, our Group Chief Operations Officer, comments in the video:

“A successful company is a company that not only has happy customers but also happy employees. We strive to create such a company atmosphere and company culture, where our employees feel appreciated, motivated and [want to stay] with us long-term.” Vania Koleva | Group Chief Operations Officer
