2020 was certainly a busy year for emerchantpay! The sudden shift of the global community towards digital channels meant that our international teams have been working full steam ahead to meet ever-changing consumer demands and deliver even more innovative solutions for our merchants and partners.

We are delighted to announce we have added two new office locations to our ever-growing global team in Munich, Germany and Bangalore, India.

This expansion enables emerchantpay to build on our existing presence across Europe and South-East Asia to meet the increasing market demand for online, mobile and point of sale payment solutions.

Commenting on the new office openings, Vania Koleva, Group Chief Operations Officer at emerchantpay, said: “I’m proud of the resilience and dedication our team has shown as we continue to virtually welcome our new colleagues.

The two new offices join emerchantpay’s headquarters in London and existing locations in Bulgaria, the Netherlands, the United States of America and the United Arab Emirates.

Season greetings with a difference

This year, instead of our usual corporate gifts, we supported Doctors Without Borders (MSF) on behalf of our merchants and partner network for the holiday season. MSF is an international charitable organisation providing medical assistance to those in need. Learn more about the donation.
